Shipping and return
Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after ordering/receipt without any reason and, if applicable, after canceling again 14 days to return the product. We then repay the amount including any shipping costs in the way payment has taken place. When your order already been send, after receiving back the product(s) in a good shape. - Return items in its original packaging. A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns.
- Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
- We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.
