Shipping and return
Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after ordering/receipt without any reason and, if applicable, after canceling again 14 days to return the product. We then repay the amount including any shipping costs in the way payment has taken place. When your order already been send, after receiving back the product(s) in a good shape. Only the shipping costs to our return address is at your own expense. To exercise this right, we politely ask you to contact us through [email protected] for further instructions.

- Please do not return items without contacting our customer service by phone or e-mail.
- Return items in its original packaging. A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns.
- Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
- We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.
- We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] to offer a solution. If this does not lead to the desired result, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur
- If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Returning Your Merchandise
Please enclose your invoice and unused merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back insured (paid by customer) to the address below:
