General terms and conditions of sale

How to order:

Via our Online webshop www.langstore.nl you can choose from various items. If you have found an item you wish to order, add it to your shopping cart. In the digital shopping cart, you can finalize your order, continue shopping, remove items, and adjust quantities.

After each order placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided with the order. This will show you the total amount for the items you ordered + shipping costs and bank information for payment by bank transfer.

Whether items are immediately available from stock is indicated with the item. Should an item unexpectedly not be in stock, we will inform you via the provided email address or phone number. If, for this reason, we have to ship your order in parts, we will only charge you shipping costs once.

* Payment:

All prices are in euros, including 21% VAT, excluding any shipping costs.
All prices are subject to change.

Payments are preferably made via the electronic methods offered: iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card, or bank transfer. Orders will only be shipped after payment unless otherwise agreed.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you should transfer the invoice amount to the following account IBAN: NL79 RABO 0122 2643 20 - BIC: RABONL2U in the name of The Lang Store Zeewolde, stating your order number.
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of your payment.

* Delivery/returns

Order delivery

We process all orders in the order of receipt, unless otherwise requested. Your order will be packed with the utmost care and in most cases shipped to you by DHL or UPS. For a contribution towards packaging, insurance, and shipping costs, we charge €4.95 for orders up to €50.00 excluding shipping costs (orders within the Netherlands). Above that amount, your order will be shipped free of charge.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel delivery service will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbor. If this is not possible, the parcel will be offered again later. Should you also not be at home during a second delivery attempt, the parcel delivery service should leave a notification stating at which post office/postal agency the parcel can be collected.
Of course, we are entirely dependent on the professionalism of your local parcel delivery service.

Packing errors

Despite our very careful working methods, packing errors are sometimes unavoidable. We kindly request that you report incomplete or incorrectly executed orders to us by telephone or email within 4 days of delivery. We will then ensure that you receive the missing or correct product as soon as possible. If applicable, you will receive instructions on how to return the incorrectly sent product.

Returns

If you have purchased an item that you do not wish to keep, you may return it within 14 days of receipt; the invoice date is decisive.

(we do not accept unpaid returns, please be aware of very high costs).

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, we will send you the new calendar, and you must return the item to be returned to us at your own expense.
Please note: a return package remains your responsibility until it has reached us.

Returns are only accepted if the item is returned undamaged in its original shipping packaging; any damage will be charged to the customer.
Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the account from which it was debited.

* Consumer rights

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt/ordering without giving any reason and, if applicable, another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. We will then refund the amount due, including any shipping costs, in the manner in which the payment was made, provided that, if the ordered item has already been shipped, we have received it back in good condition. Only the shipping costs to our return address are at your own expense. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@langstore.nl for further instructions.

The product must be delivered to the consumer no later than 30 days after ordering. If this does not happen, the consumer can immediately cancel the purchase. This does not apply if the parties have agreed on a different delivery period.

If the consumer returns the product within the cooling-off period, the seller is obliged to refund the paid amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

* Privacy

When placing your order, we request personal data; these are necessary so that we can process the order quickly and correctly. Before filling out the form online, carefully check the URL of this page. Check if the address has an 's' after http ('https') or a green 'padlock'. This indicates that this page has a secure connection. The entered data is also used to provide you with good and personal service after your purchase and to keep you informed of our most current collections and any offers.

Under no circumstances will your data be passed on, rented, or sold to third parties.

If you do not wish us to store your data, you can inform us by email (with confirmation of receipt) or in writing at the following address, after which your data will be removed from our database:
