Your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully curate a collection of the highest quality. Should you, despite this, be dissatisfied with the product you ordered, we are more than willing to exchange the product or take it back.

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt/ordering without giving any reason and, if applicable, another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. We will then refund the amount due, including any shipping costs, within 14 days in the same manner as the payment was made, provided that, if the ordered item has already been shipped, we have received it back in good condition. When returning an item, the shipping costs to our return address are at your own expense. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@langstore.nl for further instructions.
• If a product is damaged during shipping, has printing errors, or a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately. Call +31 36 799 7970 during office hours or email info@langstore.nl so we can send you a replacement immediately.
• Never return anything unstamped and without stating a reason; this often incurs high costs.
• If you wish to exchange an item, this is always possible within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email with your request and include your order number. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
• Shipping costs are always reimbursed in cases of packing errors, damage, and/or manufacturing defects.
• We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@langstore.nl to seek a solution. If this does not lead to a desired outcome, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been processed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
